Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at MoFun (fpvcm.net). Please note that all products offered on our site are digital files (3D printable models). No physical items are shipped. This policy explains how your digital purchase is delivered.

Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased files via:

  • On-screen confirmation page: A download link will appear right after checkout.
  • Email delivery: A copy of the download link will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the email within a few minutes.

Delivery Time

Downloads are available instantly after payment confirmation, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In rare cases where a delay occurs (e.g., due to payment processing or technical issues), you will receive your file(s) within 2 hours. If you still haven’t received your download after 2 hours, please contact us.

Accessing Your Files

If you created an account during checkout, you can also access your purchased files anytime by logging in and going to My Account → Orders.

Download Limits

Each purchase allows up to 5 downloads within 30 days. We recommend saving a backup of your files immediately. If you lose your files and the download period has expired, please reach out to us — we’re usually happy to help.

International Customers

Because our products are digital, there are no shipping charges, customs fees, or import duties. You can purchase and download from anywhere in the world.
