Welcome to MoFun, operated by fpvcm.net. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of digital 3D model files. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Digital Products & Licensing

All products sold on MoFun are digital 3D model files (primarily in STL format) delivered via instant download. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the files for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless a separate commercial license is purchased.

You may not resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the digital files or any derivative works in any way that competes with MoFun. Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.

2. Account & Responsibility

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Please notify us immediately at cs@fpvcm.net if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD (or as displayed) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through third-party gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

After a successful payment, download links will be provided immediately on the order confirmation page and sent to your registered email. Please ensure your email address is correct.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to 3D model designs, images, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of MoFun or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written permission.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the intangible nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, exceptions may apply if the file is defective or not as described. Please review our full Refund Policy for more details.

6. Limitation of Liability

MoFun shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital files, including but not limited to 3D printer malfunctions, material loss, or print failures. You are responsible for ensuring the files are compatible with your printer and sliced correctly.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site at our discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
