Warranty Policy

At MoFun (fpvcm.net), we take pride in the quality of our 3D printable model files. While digital products are not covered by a traditional hardware warranty, we do warrant that our files are free from defects that would prevent successful 3D printing under standard conditions. Please read this policy carefully.

What Our Warranty Covers

We warrant that on the date of purchase, our digital model files will:

  • Be in the described file format (primarily STL).
  • Be free from corruption or structural defects that make them un-sliceable or unprintable with standard software and settings.
  • Substantially match the product description, preview images, and stated dimensions.

Warranty Period

This limited warranty applies for 7 days from the date of purchase. If you discover a defect within this period, please contact us immediately for resolution.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty is void if the printing issue arises from:

  • Improper slicer settings, such as wrong temperature, layer height, or print speed not recommended by us.
  • Low-quality or incompatible filament/resin.
  • Uncalibrated or poorly maintained 3D printers.
  • Alterations made to the file after download.
  • Using the file for purposes other than intended (e.g., structural/engineering loads not specified).

Also, this warranty does not cover any physical items you print from the file, as the printing process is entirely under your control.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your file is defective, please email us within the warranty period with:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the issue (e.g., error message when slicing, missing parts).
  • If possible, a screenshot of the slicer error or a photo of a test print attempt.

Send your claim to cs@fpvcm.net. We will review it within 2 business days.

Remedies

If a warranty claim is verified, we will, at our discretion:

  • Provide a corrected file at no additional cost.
  • If the defect cannot be fixed, offer a full refund to your original payment method.
