Return & Exchange Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through MoFun (fpvcm.net). As we exclusively sell digital 3D model files, the concepts of “return” and “exchange” differ from physical product transactions. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

Nature of Our Products

All products in our store are intangible digital goods (primarily STL files) delivered electronically. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, as the digital file remains with the customer. Therefore, we handle issues on a case-by-case basis as outlined below.

Exchanges

If you have purchased the wrong file by mistake or wish to switch to a different model of equal or lesser value, we are happy to consider an exchange under the following conditions:

  • The request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
  • The original purchased file has not been downloaded. (Our system can verify download activity.)
  • If the replacement model is of lower value, no partial refund will be issued; if higher, you will need to pay the difference.

To request an exchange, please contact us at cs@fpvcm.net with your order number and the desired replacement product. We will process the exchange once we confirm the original file remains undownloaded.

File Replacements (Digital “Exchange”)

If you encounter a defective, corrupted, or incomplete file, you are entitled to a replacement (i.e., an updated/corrected version of the same file). This is the equivalent of a defective product exchange in digital form.

In such cases, we will:

  • Investigate the issue upon your report.
  • Provide a corrected file download link at no extra cost.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund may be offered (see our Refund Policy for details).

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Situations

The following situations do not qualify for return or exchange:

  • The file has been downloaded, and you simply changed your mind.
  • Your 3D printer cannot print the model due to slicer settings, calibration, or material issues. We provide recommended print parameters for reference, but successful printing depends on your equipment and expertise.
  • You are unable to open the file because you lack the required software (e.g., slicer; note that STL is a standard format compatible with most slicers).
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.

How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request

To report a problem or request an exchange, please reach out to our customer service team with your order number and a clear description of the issue:

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved file replacements will be sent to your registered email immediately after verification.
