📦 Orders & Downloads
Q: What happens after I place an order?
Immediately after payment is confirmed, you will be redirected to a download page. You will also receive an email with your download link(s) to the address you provided at checkout. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.
Q: How many times can I download a file I purchased?
You can download your purchased files up to 5 times within 30 days of purchase. We recommend downloading and backing up your files immediately after purchase. If you lose access or need a re-download after this period, please contact us and we’ll help.
Q: I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, log into your MoFun account and go to “My Account → Orders” to access your downloads. If you checked out as a guest, please email us at cs@fpvcm.net with your order number or the email address used, and we’ll resend the link.
Q: Can I get a physical copy mailed to me?
No. All MoFun products are digital files only. We do not ship any physical products. You are purchasing the STL file which you then print on your own 3D printer or through a 3D printing service of your choice.

Q: What file format do you provide?
All our models are provided in STL format, which is the universal standard compatible with virtually all 3D printer slicers (Cura, PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio, etc.). If a specific model also includes other formats (e.g., OBJ, 3MF), it will be clearly stated in the product description.
Q: Are your models tested before being listed?
Yes. We test-print every model we design to ensure it prints correctly on standard FDM printers with common settings. We also include recommended print settings (layer height, infill, supports) in each product description to help you achieve the best result.
Q: What printer and materials do I need?
Our models are designed primarily for FDM printers (e.g., Creality, Bambu Lab, Prusa, Anycubic) using standard materials like PLA, PETG, or ABS. Many models also work well with resin printers (SLA/DLP). Specific recommendations are provided on each product page. If you’re unsure about compatibility, contact us before purchasing.
Q: The file won’t print correctly on my machine. Can you help?
We’re happy to offer printing advice! Many issues — such as warping, stringing, or failed prints — are related to slicer settings, filament quality, or printer calibration rather than the file itself. Please reach out via email or WhatsApp with photos of your failed print, and we’ll do our best to help you troubleshoot.
Q: Can I resize or modify the model?
Yes, you can scale the model in your slicer software for personal use. However, we do not provide technical support for modified files. If you require a custom size or variation, consider requesting a custom design tailored to your needs.
📜 Licensing & Usage Rights
Q: What am I allowed to do with the files I purchase?
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial license. This means you can print the model as many times as you like for your own use, as gifts for friends and family, or for educational display. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or sublicense the digital files or physical prints without a commercial license.
Q: Can I sell physical prints of your models?
Not under the standard personal license. If you wish to sell printed versions of our models (e.g., at craft fairs, on Etsy, or through your own store), you must purchase a commercial license. Please contact us at cs@fpvcm.net for commercial licensing terms and pricing.
Q: Can I share or upload the STL file I bought?
No. Sharing, uploading, or redistributing purchased STL files — whether for free or for sale — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of our copyright and terms of service. We appreciate your respect for the work of independent 3D designers.
💰 Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your refund policy for digital files?
Because our products are digital files, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. We encourage you to carefully review the product description and preview images before purchasing. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.
Q: What if the file is corrupted or defective?
If you receive a corrupted or incomplete file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will verify the issue and provide a corrected file at no charge. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will offer a full refund.
Q: Can I exchange a model I bought for a different one?
We may offer an exchange if the requested model is of equal or lesser value, the request is made within 24 hours of purchase, and the original file has not been downloaded. See our Return & Exchange Policy for full conditions.
🔒 Account & Privacy
Q: Do I need to create an account to purchase?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to access your downloads at any time from your order history, receive updates on new models, and enjoy a faster checkout experience for future purchases.
Q: How is my personal information handled?
We take your privacy seriously. We only collect information necessary to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
Q: How can I delete my account?
If you wish to have your account and associated data deleted, please email us at cs@fpvcm.net with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” We will process your request within 10 business days. Please note that order records may be retained as required for legal and accounting purposes.
